Anyone who’s followed me for long enough knows I’m a big proponent of meditating for ten to thirty minutes first thing in the morning. Traditionally, I had done this in silence or with the help of an app like Sam Harris’ Waking Up. But recently, I’ve begun using a music track (specifically the one below) to help set the tone.
I find it highly effective for getting me into the proper headspace. I’m honestly not sure why it works so well, but give it a try and see if it doesn’t enhance and improve the experience of going internal for you.
