Complete a jigsaw puzzle with at least 1,000 pieces over the course of a few weeks or even a month. Spread them out on your coffee table, and every day, sit down and spend some time putting them together. From a mental health perspective, this exercise is excellent for a few reasons:
It keeps you off digital devices.
It requires focused attention and can get you in a mini-flow state.
It flexes your problem-solving muscles.
If you don’t have any puzzles at home, get one on Amazon or even at your local library. Enjoy!

Ahhh...think I'll draw instead of doing a jigsaw puzzle. It uses similar skills and I won't have to find an available table top. Best to you Chris.
