Examining our behavior patterns and potentially trying to alter them for the better via things like The RARE SENSE Challenge helps us understand their emotional underpinnings. This book highlights why we develop habits and lays a concise framework for breaking bad and building good ones. It’s incredibly enlightening and full of actionable tools anyone can use.
